Importance of call recording

my wife gave me threat to kill, to set false cases, if i dont tranfer my property in her name, i have only call recordings as proof. would it be sufficiant to proove. i have filled a case against her and her parrents under section 387 ipc . how should i use these call recordings against her.

this call recording is very strong evidence and accepted u/s 65 B of the Evidence act. you should filed an application before IO or court to accept the evidence and put-up on the file.
