I am going to be married within coming 6 months.. Although, i am not ready as i have just given my CA Final Exam and waiting for my results to be declared. After passing my Ca Final Exam, i wants to get married but my father told me to married now and he(My Father) has assured me to borne all expenses of mine and my wife till i pass my CA Final Exams.
I wants to know whether i can enter into legal criteria by singing in the stamp paper along with the sign of my father. Please let me know.

You may execute agreement with ur father if he is ready for it.

Depends solely upon whether you want to maintain only formal business relationship with your father or personal affectionate bond with all of your family members till life.

Mind it, your father is not indebted to you, rather you are indebted to him for bringing you up and still offering voluntarily to afford not only your maintenance, rather your would be wife also till you clear your CA exam, although after attaining your majority he is not supposed to provide you any maintenance charges for you.

This agreement is not valid in the eyes of laws and in the event of breach of this agreement you can not take any legal action.There is no consideration other than love and affection in relation between father and son.

since U DON'T HAVE FAITH IN YOUR FATHER AND WILLING TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT, WHETHER YOUR FATHER IS BOUND TO PAY 4 U AND YOUR WIFE MAINTENANCE UNDER ANY LAW. IN CASE ALL THREE AGREED ON SOME FRUIT IN LIEU OF MAINTENANCE IT IS POSSIBLE.

be a good son and obey your father. in any case he is not obliged to maintain you yet he has done so in the past and assures you to comply till your final ca. let the family bondship not convert into a formal business relationship.

After Drafting the above matter in the Stamp Paper of Rs 10 and duly signed by My Father along with the Witness.
Whether I have to submit the signed Stamp Paper to the court or it has to be kept by me ?? If Yes then in which Court shall i submit it either in Banshall Court or Sealdah Court in Kolkata ??
