I am a law graduate with a master in Chemistry, completed a diploma in IPR, I know about the patent agent exam , I am also a register myself as a trademark agent. I know only theory part of patent law, TM act, I want to pursue my career in IPR for that I need a strong background of Practical knowledge such as various searching tools of patent database, TM search.
So i want a expert advice for the same please guide me what should i do ? is there any short -term courses that i can refer to develop my practical knowledge? Please help
