L & l between private co & firm

"the licensor shall cooperate with the licensee by providing necessary copies doc of ownership & tax & other statutory payments relating to premises."

this agreement is executed between licensor (private company) & license (partnership firm), will u guide me - which doc can ask by firm to the company?

what precaution firm has to take when agreement is between private ltd co?

you should contact a lawyer . get agreement drafted by him .

ask compnay to produce orginal documents relating to ownership of flat / house .

whether all property taxes paid to muncipal corporation .

whether all society dues paid .
