Is this only notary register gift deed legal or i will have to do something more

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY , BUT WILL I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW GIFT DEED OR THE ONE WHICH THE LOCAL LAWYER MADE THAT IS NOTARY REGISTER , THAT CAN WE CAN REGISTER IT
SORRY SIR , I AM ASKING THIS QUESTION BECAUSE OUR LAWYER IS NOT HELPING US AND NOT GUIDEING US IN PROPER WAY
SO I NEED YOUR help

You need to make a new GIFT DEED on a proper payable stamp paper and only that should be produced for registration.
The notarized one has to be teared and thrown away.
If you produce the notarized one before registrar you shall be subjected to imposition of heavy penalty for evasion of stamp duty.
What I am noticing since yesterday that you have too many unnecessary questions in installments,while you have been properly answered in your previous threads by each of us.
