Tresspass over my property by local govt

I have 2 plot measuring 40*50 respectively, but the local government about 8 to 10 back constructed the drainage exactly on the middle of the plot on that time we are not the owners of the plot now 2 years back we purchased it, I file an application under RTI asking the Municipal Council give me the details of Land Acquisition proceeding and Compensation and all, but they gave me reply as they are not acquired the land/property but with the oral permission of the previous owner they constructed the drainage but the previous owners executed a sale deed in favour of me by stating that their title to the property is clear and all. This is purely the violation of Land Acquisition Act as it is clearly mentioned in their reply to my RTI application as they are not followed any rules or regulation.
What are all remedies available, please advise me………

drsinage was construced 10 years back . you purchased plot 2 years back . you purchased property knowing about drainage position . at tie of puchase you ought to have taken safeguards as to whether seler had given permission for drainage , steps taken by seller if no permission obtained .

at the time of purchase of the land i was aware that the cat of the local govt is purely illegal as i am a law student

If any vviolation was happpened and told oral permission was given by the previous owner also not stand on their part. So check the details what way the previous owner given permission. More over write a petition to concerned authority to remove it

I was well warse with the position of the plot but i know that the act of local government is purely voilation and they don`t have any right over the property but they did this act to help the others...
I am the resident of Karnataka now i want file a suit against the local government in Lokayukatha can any body suggest mme with the procedure or who can i get back my property which was damaged by the proptecters...

My question to Mr raj Kumarji...
I purchased a polt which is not in a good condition it is big mistake then the people who are responsible to made the property into a bad condtion what we have to call for their act...
And moreover i am not file any case against the SELLERs as i konw the concept BUYERS BEWARE but i can i challenge the act of the local govt to tresspass over the property and illegal construction?
