Respected sir / Mam,
I am Sanjay Tiwari i had work with IBMR gurgaon. my salary was Rs. 37000/ per month and company is not giving salary in last two month i want take legal action .
Sir pls tell me it case is civil court or labour court.

have you sent reminders to the compnay by emial for your salary? is the copany finacially sound? are other employees being paid? what is your designation ?
if inspite of reminders company has not paid issue legal notice to company . file recovery suit in civil court

Send a legal notice to company and demand
your 2 months salary with interest and
damages and ask the co. to pay the said dues at the earliest to you.
It is a civil case.

Dear Sanjay Tiwari
First of all send a legal notice to Company and demand you dues with interest and you can claim a mentaly harassment compensation as per your status, if the company is not ready to pay or clear you dues with interest and compensation within stipulated time you can file a civil suit for recovery of money before civil court u/O XXXVII CPC. you have right to send an application cum complaint to labour Commissioner.
