Sir
I am new to this site from mumbai ... needed to know what are the procedure to counter claim, we have been wrongly targeted for personal grudge in a criminal case though we have been given AB and also surety personal has been given, now the police has to file their final report as there is nothing much in the case but grudge and revenge. pleas advice as i cant get proper information from the lawyers...need your guidance and a good reasonable defence lawyer. thank you

the final report has yet to be submitted to court .
