sir,
property was ancestral property 'A's brother who was the manager of the family sold all property with out the consent of other heirs ,now what is the solution to 'A' to regain his portion of property.

File suit for declaration seeking the sale deed and further mutations etc. as null and void and ab initio from the civil court.

Your remedy is to claim your share right through a civil suit as the sale deed is valid only to the extent of share of "manager"and is not binding upon you.

You have not told how old the matter is?

Better see a local lawyer forthwith.
