GrandFather of a girl(minor) having ancestral property in his name and Grandmother have received property from his husband's ancestral property and both are alive, GIRL WAS BORNED AFTER DEATH OF HER FATHER and her mother alive. who will be ENTITLE / ELIGIBLE to get ancestral property . . . ? Only And only mother of Girl entitle...? OR Both ...

REMARK: Girl Father Not Alive...

The mother- directly as well as the guardian of the minor daughter. If the minor attains majority at the time of her GrandFather & Grandmother still remaining alive, then both mother & daughter will inherit.
