can IO file chargesheet against husband mother without even talking to her just based on complaint give by wife.
any provision to challenge this.

Any way you have to face the trial. The Option available to you is to disprove the contents during the trial.

Making complaint by wife is sufficient prima-facie for the police authorities to trap the named accused persons as has been done in your case. Investigation follows the arrest if there are prima-facie reasons for the IO to arrest those persons.
