What is the stamp duty required to be paid in case of General POA in Rajasthan??

Stamp Duty differs from state to state.
In WB it is Rs.50/-.
For your state it would be better if pay a visit to the Registration Office of your locality and get the information from it only.

(xxx) "power of Attorney" includes any instrument, (not
chargeable with a fee under the law relating to court fees for
the time being in force) empowering a specified person to act
for and in the name of the person executing it and includes an
instrument by which a person, not being a person who is legal
practitioner, is authorized to appear on behalf of any party in
any proceeding before any Court, Tribunal or Authority;

defined by section 2 (xxx), not
being a proxy, --
(a) when executed for the sole
purpose of procuring the
registeration of one or more
documents in relation to a single
transaction or for admitting
execution of one or more such
documents;
Ten rupees.
(b) when authorising one person
or more to act in single
transaction other than the case
mentioned in clause (a),
Ten rupees.
(c) when authorising not more
than five persons to act jointly
and severally in more than one
transaction or generally;
Thirty rupees.
(d) when authorising more than
five persons but not more than
ten persons to act jointly and
severally in more than one
Fifty rupees
transaction or generally,
(e) when given for consideration
and authorising the attorney to
sell any immovable property;
2[(ee) when power of attorney is
given without consideration to
transfer or sell immovable
property to-
(i)the father, mother, brother,
sister, wife, husband, son,
daughter, grandson or granddaughter
of the executants.
(ii)Any other person
The same duty as on a
conveyance (No. 21) for the
amount of the consideration.
Two thousand rupees
Two percent of the market
value of the property, which is
the subject matter of power of
attorney:
Provided that the stamp duty
paid on such power of attorney
shall at the time of execution of
a conveyance in pursuance of
such power of attorney
subsequently be adjusted
toward the total amount of
duty chargeable on the
conveyance if such conveyance
deed is executed within three
years from the date of power of
attorney.]
(f) in any other case.
Ten rupees for each person
authorised
N.B. The term 'regisration'
includes every operation
incidental to registration under
the Indian Registration Act, 1908
(Act No. 16 of 1908).
Explanation: For the purposes of
this Article more persons than
one when belonging to the same
firm shall be deemed to be one
person.
