Central civil service query

Guest (Querist) 24 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
I worked in central government for 13 years. I got selected to another post in an autonomous body by direct recruitment. Consequently, I submitted technical resignation which was accepted and I was relieved to join the autonomous body department. I was granted pro rata pensionary benefits for the service rendered under central government. It is about a year that I am working in the autonomous body. In case I resign from the autonomous body to secure any private employment, will the pension benefits get affected. Is there any rule that I should continue in the autonomous body.

You shall continue to get pension as you are getting now and it shall not be affected in case you join private sector.

Agree with Shri Raj Kumar makkad.

Your entitlement to pension was due to the service of more than 10 years that you rendered in the Government department.

Sir,
Do i come under a re-employed pensioner. Every year in the month of November, i have to appear in the bank for life certificate and employment/non-employment/re-employment certificate. the bank authorieites just took my sign on the emp/non-emp/reemp certificate, but the striking off of the inapplicable portion has not been done in my presence. under what category do i come, please clarify.
regards

It was for you to score out the inapplicable term/words before signing the form, not that of the bank.
