sir,
We are from virar. We have earlier old house & behind land. That house and land divided my father's & Father uncle family. My Father has there brother. That property also divided into three part. From that out of Three part my middle uncle land share given to us. In that land we are build up house. But that land 7/12 my father's uncle son name's . My father's & fathers brohters don't have name . That house land ownership name is our family we are paying muncipal Tax But in that land 7/12 we want to put name our family name so can you please tell me what is procedure for put name in that land 7/12 our family members name. & it it require to any stamp duty registration fees & what is procedure

As7/12 was not got corrected at once two courses are open now for name change:
(1)your uncles son registers a relinquish deed in your favor;or
(2)Talhati/lekhpal(village record keeper) endorses in the records 7/12 land use change house on spot belongs to you.
