Once a case has been registered and trial is going on, so trial court can not acquittal on the statement of your wife.Face the trial properly and ask your wife to file an Affidavit in this regard when evidence would be taken place-.message from-minasu badra sahab

How long and when to get a affadavit from wife and in what matters i have to hae from wife(subjecct)
When i should file a case under 482 and how long will take to get problem solved as my father is laid up and sadly i can say that he is aged 85 a neuro patient sustained injuries

agree with mr barman . this is your 6th post on the issue if i am not mistaken . consult a local lawyer . pay his fees . file for 482 immediatedly as you have entered into compreomise .

Thank you very much it is due to knowing matters logically and and it is due to my mom aged getting harassment unnecessarily and for settlement of case .Please pardon me if asked repeatdly. i have already have a lawyer but he dont speak things correct and confuse us and it is due to this i ahve to seek opinion from great people like you and may god bless you in sharing and helping poor people like me. in short now at present filing up on 482 for squashing as per you and getting a affadavit from an great expert who has wrritten to me now will only remedy to kill this out .
