HELLO ALL LEARNED RESPECTED IN THE FATAL ACCIDENT CASE THERE IS NO ANY EVI8DENCE REGARDING THE BIRTH OF THE DECEASED BUT IN THE M.L.C. CASE PAPER AND POSTMORTEM REPORT AND IN F.I.R. THE AGE IS WRITTEN 48 YEARS PLS.PROVIDE THE CITATION IF ANY KIND OF PROVING THE CASE REGARDING THE CASE WHICH CONSIDER THE ABOVE STATED DOCUMENTS THANKS

u dont have any other document?
like school certificate or matriculation certificate or municipal record etc.?
if u have then u can corroborate with those documents.
but if u dont have then certianly i ll have to find some judgment :-)

Court always considers the age mentioned in the port mortem report. Burden is on u to prove the age with cogent evidences like birth certificate, School Levaing certificate, SSLC certificate. If u don't have all these then port mortem report will be the final documents to consider the age of the deceased.
