My nephew reduced his age by 9 years by making an affidavit . When he was 26 years old he appeared for the SSLC exam as a private candidate 18rs. is the minimum age to do this exam so he mentioned his date of birth as 18 yrs.Is it legal to reduce ones age in such a manner?

Minimum age of course is there but the actual age being more than the minimum age does not put any bar for taking the exam.
