What is the unknown practice? A case can not filed about "unknown practice". It would be treated as bogus.
Rest, it is a family problem, try to resolve it including relatives, respectables and so on.
Running to courts with frivolous charges spoils the life of both the parties.

you have to convene a panchayat with respectable pesons of your family and resolve the matter out of court and it is very difficult to get the divorce by the husband. if your relative want to cohabit with the husband you can file a case u/s 9 of H.M. Act. and also this is a type of cruelty you relative can file a case for DV Act

This is not a valid ground to seek divorce merely on the ground that his wife cannot concieve a baby. This is nothing but a cruelty on the part of husband towards his wife. Sister of your freind can even file criminal complaint under section 498A IPC against her husband and can also seek protection under the provisions of The Prevention of Woman from Domestic Violance Act, 2005 by moving a complaint/application before ilaka magisrate.

The husband has no ground of divorce. Effort to killing may lead fatal consequences.
