My financial position is not good to submit the writ in the high court. Its possible that court can arrange the advocate for me? if yes what is the procedure to do that?

For house robbery, you have to lodge a complaint with the police. You cannot lodge any writ petition before the High Court. In any case, High Court will not arrange any Advocate for you. It is for you to approach the legal aid service available in all the District / High Courts for this purpose and seek their help.

Lodge a complain to the police,if they would treat your complaint as an FIR,you need not appoint a lawyer to conduct the case.If the police authority treat your complain as a general diary then you need a lawyer to file a case and for this purpose you should contact with Legal Aid Services.

I don't know whether you are complainant or accused.
If you are complainant in cognizable offence, state would fight your case, in case of non-cognizable offence, under certain conditions (one of them being BPL or having total annual income below a certain sum) you can get lawyer from Legal Services Cell.
If you are an accused and cannot pay for it, the court would provide you with a lawyer.

Respected All,
Extremly sorry for not cleared the picture,
I already lodgesd the FIR in the police station as on 12.09.2009. Police itself is involved in the crime (as per the documents I collected through RTI). I approch from ACP to Home Minister, Even two police commissioners of my area, ADDl.CP, DCP, ACP, CRIME BRANCH. But no support from all of them.
Request to advice for the same.
