Dear Sir,
I got divorced last year in August 2010. Post divorce ex husband who was residing in USA now came back to India. As per child visitation, he is entitiled to meet child every sunday. We have been regularly
following the same as per order for last 2 months.
On 1 when i was not well and child had exam, i requested him that if we can meet next week, he simply refuses. Are we bound to follow this irrespective of whatever be the circumstances or some situation where we are unable to come. Do we have any right to say No or postpone meeting.

Always keep in mind that the welfare of child is the paramount consideration for the court and all other things are secondary to it.
If you think that in the wake of his illness or impending examination the visitation by his father would cause stress on him then better avoid it.
Once he feels better or his exam. is over then fix the meeting, no issue.
