Customes bonding license

Dear Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding Custom Bonding License for STPI Unit.

M/s. ABC India Pvt Ltd has registered as 100 % EOU under STPi Scheme in Chennai. Now it has to apply for Customs Bonded License.
Kindly let me know the Procedure/Checklist?

Normally what will be fee for registration?
