How to get share from property

Husband and wife are working. Both take action and purchased a plot and construct the house. Property was purchased after the marriage and was registered on husband name.
wife & husband are not in good terms now, living together, there is no divorce, planning for divorce)
Further, the land was purchased by pleadging wife jewels, by bank loan of both and savings of LIC of both and wife is the co-applicant for the Home loan. And necessary permission was obtained by the department and the pleadging of jewels details was entered in the registered document.
If husband not ready to give share on the property. In what mode the problem can be solved. Pl. explain in detail.
