Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I have been working for a firm in Blr. I and few of my colleagues joined this firm in Apr 2011. Since then the company has not been paid salary. we were deployed at Mum and not paid salary since employment. Please advice on the same and future course of action.

Also, the employer is threatening civil or criminal actions cause we have been following up with him since last 2 months.

Plz advice

Regards
Sam

do you have the appointment letter issued by the company ?. does it mention terms and conditions of employement ? salary that will be paid etc?

it is employer who is at fault he should be afraid of civil /criminal action that you and your friends may take . if he does not make payment issue him legal notice

Dear Mr. Ajay Sethi,

I have an appointment letter stating my designation , place of deployment and also the salary to be paid annually with the break up per month & annual basis.

We have been following up for the salary and the employer has threatened legal action and also claims that there has been no work done since last 2 - 3 months so salary will not be paid.

Please advice

Regards
Sam
