Regarding documents

sir my brother took the sale deed documents(mothers father's properties)with out the permission of my mother and illegally occupying the house.

but my mother not interested to give that properties to my brother.My mother very aged
person more than 90.my self and one more brothers are giving food and all medical treatments and many more.

my brother is taking advantage of my mothers age and health condition

at this condition what we will do

First tell where is the property situated.

Why did not you lodge FIR for that.Any way taking help of a lawyer lodge FIR as soon as possible.
if sale deed taken by him is registered then apply for a copy from registrar office.
Get a registered GIFT/WILL executed in favor of brothers looking after the mother recting all facts in the deed.
