Neighbour encrochment

Dear all,

i am leaving in the chawl there is house in front of my house now he is renovating the his house and taking the place where i put the my flower pot from last 20 years and he is taking the place in front of my house stating that that place is not any body.if he construct in that place it will problemetic to us during rain

So please guide me how to stop that and how i complaint.

Secondlyhe is making 14 feet which may or may not alloed pl guide me on this also

Common place is for use of all neighbours so amicably settle the issue with the intervention of some respectable failing which file a civil suit against him and obtain stay order against his illegal encroachment of road/street falling in your front side.

Thanks rajkumar ji for reply.filing a civil suit will be unnecessary burden on us to present us on court.

may i know any other way to complain in local authority like muncipal corporation
if no can u just guid me how to go for civil court

Rightly advised by mr.makkad. If you not able to go to appear in court mean just leave the place to that neighbour. After how much risk he encroached. So let him freely ? ? ? ? ? This answer ok sir?

If you have problem mean you have to take necessary steps to resolve it. If you simply seated in home mean its won't cure automatically. So just file a buil suit as per above experts. And stop him.
