What recourse lies for the complainant after discharge of accused by Magistrate in a case of cheating & forgery.

You may consider filing of appeal in the higher court if you are willing to do so after considering the legal opinion given by your Advocate.

If he has been discharged after trial between the State Vs. Accused, I think you do not have right to appeal and only the state has got right to appeal. But you have got a remedy by filing revision petition, which has got its own limitations.
