i am asking this question on behalf of my father.. my father is 64 years old and we have dispute on agriculture land with my cousine uncle...uncle is doing farming on our 20 BIGHA land from 15 years.... we filed the civil suit in civil court and we won the case.... and we got the half land that is 10 BIGHA and cousine uncle got the Half land.... now cousine uncle went into district court against the civil court order and saying that my father has 3 BIGHA land only and not 10 BIGHA land...
my question is 1) is there any Act to stop my cousine uncle to stop farming on land.. as he is doing farming mangoes and banana on 20 BIGHA land and we are not getting out shares..
question 2 :) is there any law for senior citizen that case will go on fast track in district court as my father is 65 years old and cant not go in court frequently

ANSWER:SINCE THE PROPERTY IN JOINT NAME BOTH HAVE A CLAIM ON ITS PRODUCTION1/2 AND 1/2,MOVE INTERIM APPLICATION IN THE APPEAL WITH CONSULTATION OF YOUR LAWYER THERE.
question 2 :) is there any law for senior citizen that case will go on fast track in district court as my father is 65 years old and cant not go in court frequently
I UNDERSTAND YOUR HARDSHIP,BUT SORRY THERE IS NO SUCH LAW/OR A FAST TRACK COURT FOR CIVIL CASES.

Your question is not clear anyways answer your self these, etc.:
1)What do you mean by cousin uncle and ownership of that land. As per you your father is the owner.
2)Why this matter landed in civil court?
What is your father's full name?
3)Prepair a lawyer who could file a damage on your family because of this matter. If possible.
4)I do not know what is your background on criminal files in police records in area?
District court is not final but also not first court in your case?
5) Are you of mind = Gisnay Joota Uskee Zamin?
6) You also did not mention where is this land located on map and which district?
I strongly hope truth always win. I hope your family lives happily with what you all own. Work hard for that property.
Regards.

the answer to question no 1 is based on fact whether the suit you had filed was for partition/ declaration with possession or only for partition/declaration to the title.
