After passing away of your mother the HUF is consisted of you and your father and by way of devolution you have now become the one half share holder of the properties of the HUF.

If your father mother both passed away and you are the only one left in the HUF then you can transfer it in your name by filing an appropriate application in concerned authority or tehsildar depends on the type of land.
Shashikant V. Patil (Expert) 17 June 2011
Mr Piyush Sharma is right, as per your statement , if you say your father and mother passed away, then HUF now consist your name only. In this case, you provide a death certificates alongwith an application and heirship certificate to Talhathi/Patwari (i.e Village revenue officer) to delete the names of your father mother and he will also delete the entity of HUF as because you are the only individual remain on the record. You will be absolute owner of your father's property.

get mutation in the municipal record in your name after filing the death certificates of your father and mother.
