Information about Gunthewari construction.

(Querist) 05 June 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I have booked a flat in gunthewari construction in pune, dapodi. The builder has constructed building on chawl after settlememt with the tenants and the chawl owner and he registered the gunthewari in the year 2011 which is the duplicate gunthewari. So I would like to know is it a risky one purchasing flat in this gunthewari plan of 2011 in future?

you will not get loan from nationalized banks,secondly you will not get legal title.
