selling a property

hi experts
i have a individual house which was under case in bench court and recently i got a judgement in my favour ,and the opponent did not further file any case in high court and problem is solved regarding case.now i am planing to sell that house the problem is when people knowing that their was a case before on this property the are restricting to buy this property so please help how to slove this problem and sell this property .

if purchaser asks about the case you can show the copy of the judgement and disposed off case is not a problem to sell the property.

i agree with Mr. rajoo and you can also mention that in the sale deed that such case was decided in your favour

Put a notice board at the property site and mention clearly in the notice board that this property is clear from any encumberance and the court case so & so, which was filed by party so & so, has already been decided in favor of so & so vide Court Order No. so & so. The property is now on sale and the intending buyers can contact so & so at .................. for fair deal without any hassel.

This way every one passing by along with the neighbours would be able to see your clear title. That may also give advertisement to your property for sale.
