SC sent my property dispute case for mediation center. my query is does the report sent by mediator with negative remark make any difference in SC if the mediation fails,

The mediator is not supposed to opine on the negativity of a spouse. Even if he does so that does not have any bearing on the merit of the case.

the mediation would only intimate if it was successful or unsuccessful and nothing more than that and no details / reasons thereof

If the mediation fails the case will go back to the trial court once again.
