Dear All,

Any citations on prima facie to be established, to come out from fabricated 498a case

Reasons:
Wife left willingly for visit to parental home

Dowry was not given

No harrasement

SHO purpotedly rejecting RTI applciations, not even deemed refusals

No verification/Investigation by IO

Filed in wrong jurisdiction

you can challenge the charge sheet in the high court before charge is framed.
