IN CASE OF ANY COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST ANY PERSON ,TO AVOID ARREST HE CAN APPLY FOR ANTICIPATARY BAIL TO SESSIONS COURT .
IN CASE OF ARREST OF ACCUSED HE IS PRODUCED BEFORE THE COURT AND HE CAN APPLY TO THE SAME COURT THROUGH HIS ADVOCATE FOR GRANTING BAIL.

sec 437 -regular bail.
sec 438- anticipatory bail.
sec.439- bail from judge's court,HC,AND SC when accd is in custody and 437 was rejected.
AND mind you no436, that's a wrong information given by Mr Sharma.
I simply failed to understand why a lawyer providing such a wrong information.
