Could you please advise me...

1) my mom had registered her property on my name via sale cum AGPA (Andhra Pradesh)
last year however i have somehow misplaced the documents...

could you please advise how can i get a copy...?

2) its a sale cum AGPA (Which i guess expires on event of my mom's death) so can i now convert that or change or re register teh property on my name again via gift deed (self- me to me)...?

apply every where the original copy has givin .
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 15 February 2011
You have to explain how you got the sale cum AGPA that too from your mother.

If it is a sale deed no need for a AGPA.

If it is a AGPA it will not a sale deed.

It is a genuine query.

Hi Arunagiri,

i was advised gift deed can be revoked and i cannot obtain any loans against the property (misguided) so the person in registor office advised us of sale cum agpa
hence we got that done

here in AP its a legal document (sale cum AGPA with 1-2% fee)

could you please advise me on my original query...?
