'X' COMMITED FORGERY PUBLICALY.HOWEVER NO EYE-WITNES IS READY TO GIVE EVIDENCE EITHER AGAINST OR IN FAVOUR OF 'X'.HAND-WRITTING EXPERTS OF F.S.L ALSO GIVE THEIR REPORT IN 'X''S FAVOUR.TWO TRUE WITNESSES OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL CONFESSION ARE GIVING THEIR EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM.WHAT IS THE FATE OF CASE.

whatever you have mentioned in your quiry, it may be presumed that witnesses not saying as per prosecution's case, in that event it will give benefit to X.

As per section 45,46 & 47 of the evidence act,the opinion of Hand-Writting Expert is not a conclusive proof of a fact.There are several cases in which reports of Hand-Writting Experts have been superceeded by other evidences.
