Can I send a show cause notice to a Public servant?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 January 2011 This query is : Resolved
I am a non advocate.

A public servant has sent me a show cause notice ,which was duly replied by me timely.

i have 2 queries-----

Can I send him a show cause notice,if I have proofs of some illegal tasks done by him ?

if yes, should this notice be sent through an advocate or I as commoner can send this notice to him myself?

And if does not reply or reply unreasonably(which is more probable),can I sue him in the court of law ?

You can send the reply notice yourself. Nothing wrong in it.

Lrnd. Experts----for sending this show cause notice---an advocate is needed or not?

What if the opponent does not reply Or his reply is immaterial?

What is the legal recourse?

Experts, this question was not about sending reply notice but abt sending show cause notice.

You can not issue show cause notice. Only his superiors can issue show cause notice.

You can issue a reply notice. No advocate is needed. It is not mandatory to reply any legal notice.

I am yet not clear experts, sirs, Why i can not send a show cause notice (or my advocate on my behalf) to a Public servant?

What if a public servant is doing some thing which he is not supposed to do ideally ?

Many times even complaining to his seniors results in vain, then can not I adopt a legal process of filing a court case and for that can not I send him a Notice or a show cause notice ?

I mean ,what is the difference between a public servant or a Public concern and a layman,if they can ask me to show causes for some particular issue, why can not I do the same,if not what is the other way out for me,effective one?

What are the contents of show cause notice issued to you by the public servant? Come with full facts so that experts can give proper guidance. Instead if you wish to thrust you opinion on them, there is no use.
