I want to file a P.I.L. in A.P. High court, to stop the recommendations of Sri Krishna Committee, which was formed to division Andhra Pradesh as Telangana and Andhra, due to the report influence will fell on both places of students community (50 Lakhs of students ) for 120 days. Is it legal

Dear Mr. Prasad, You are interested in filing the PIL and not we. Therefore, you have to gather your points for favouring the PIL and put your grounds.

A PIL has to satisfy the conditions laid down by the SC, failing which it would entail heavy peanalties being imposed on the petitioner. Hence pl be guided by a Senior lawyer in the matter.
