Complaint against the defence lawyer

Sir, if due to ineptness, carelessness and lethrgic approach towards a criminal case at Sessions Court led to the conviction and it was observed that the defence lawyer found wandering for simple logics, can he be brought to book in lawyer's bar association and where can the victim approach if the case was at Lucknow and the lawyer normaly practice at Kanpur?

For the mere inefficiency and incapacity of the lawyer no action can be taken unless they amount to dereliction of his professional duty and result in an act of professional misconduct.

It depends on facts of the case to properly conducting the Case or not .

The moment the case fails the client start blaming the advocate . If you were knowing what your advocate does why you did not change him in time.

Any advocate facing such charges from any client please do not hesitate to instantly initiate criminal action with civil action for damages.
