Whether the property is ancestral or self-acquired property of her husband, the widow would certainly get her share in her husband's property. In the instant case, the widow, and her mother-in-law have to share the property of the deceased equally.
The subsequent remarriage of the widow will not affect the rights of the widow to inherit share in the property of her deceased husband.

The disqualification of a widow on remarriage under Sec.24 of the Hindu Succession Act has been repealed by the Act 39 of 2005 with effect from 9.9.2005. You are entitled to the property.
