What is the difference between admissibility and maintainability of a petition ?

admission contains various points to be discussed at the very initial stage of filing the petition whereas maintainability is to be judged at later stage on the basis of evidence brought therein.

Respected Makkad, the section 9 of CPC and Order VII rule 11 of CPC is not of evidence but about the maintainability of the suit is it not Sir, Learned Senior Counsel who occupies the Centre of the Hall of Fame of this Club
