Yes, the private companies have their own rules and regulations largely governed by the industry practice. Yet all the rules and regulations need not be same there may be certain variations, depending upon their size, their objective, future goals etc.

The is no uniform law for private sector in our country in this regards.They follow there own rule and regulations.
