Acctully my case is 138NI and next date is for argument.I dont know what is argument after argument what is next date please anybody explain me

if i have interpreted your question correctly, then both the complainant and the accused have led their evidence. Now on the next date on which the court has directed your counsel/you to appear, both sides' counsels will argue their case before the court based upon the evidences.

In Argument your lawyer/you have to argue the total facts of the case in your favour and your opponent also do the same. Thereafter next date will be fixed for Judgement.
