The High Court has refused pass any interim order of injunction and as the respective pleadings were found to be in order it has also directed the lower court to decide the all issues in question including that of jurisdiction. However, the liberty is granted to the parties to come to the High Court gain if they feel aggrieved subsequently.
Pursue your case in the lower court fast.
