facing the abusing

Dear Friends,

if any Family member are facing the abusing problem from his villagers contineuly. and they they are blaming a women about the Dyne (mean any bad woman who is know about any tantra mantra for kiling etc.like Superstiotions.)

suggest me any human right about it.

it is urgent

The offences are making abusive and insulting language as well as criminal intimidation.
Make a FIR in the local polce station and thereafter if it fails or neglects to act on the basis of such complaint then move the Magistrate u/s 156(3)crpc bringing the necessary charges.
