In a case u/s 304 A IPC police has taken in possession offending vehicle which is in the name of a pvt ltd company.how i can take it on supardari,who is entitled for releasing the vehicle on supardari.Kindly suggest

file an application before the court to release the vehicle along with the documents.

The owner of the vehicle should file a petition before the court to release the vehicle.

What has the custody of the vehicle got to do with the accident? The co. should make an application before the court & recover possession of the vehicle.

I agree with Mr.Chanchal Nag Chowdhury and further would like to add that in the alternative the company can authorize any person through passing a resolution to this effect in the meeting of its board of director for this purpose.
