my query extends to above with 3 bifurgations
1) schoole teacher (female) in exam hall privding cheat to students?
2) traffic police on road taking bribe
3) police constable just outside of chowky premises asking for toadpani

also I will be video recording and using internet forum for privacy,but can they ask court to trace me even if they are wrong side

As a whistle blower you can indulge in such activities but you will be subjected to consequences by the anti social elements.
However exposing corrupt officials through any media is not an illegal act.

video evidence by common man is not very admissive
they can say it be doctered and no forensics
just recent case where son of MP politican hit public servant using bat 3 years ago, video even though clear he got clean cheat saying video his face not clear
then public servant can file defation against me
