I BELONG FROM BIHAR . I HAVE SEEN AND PAID AMOUNT OF MONEY TO A LENDER .

BUT THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO LENDER'S COUSIN GRAND PARENT .

SO PLEASE SUGGEST HOW COULD GET A LEGAL REGISTRY UNDER MY NAME .

A tongue in Cheek reply. You can buy the thing and keep the thing under your legal registry in your name.

No one can sale the property belongs to other person. In your case lender is not having any powers to sale the property. You have to enter into sale agreement with the cousin brother's grand parents of lender.
