Dear friends,
Let me know about kidnapping and murder cases and citations.
I am handling a case of kidnapping and murder in Maharastra, I hereby invite the learned friends to give their invaluable suggetions with regard to procedure ,provisions of law and citations on Sections 364,302,201 R/W 34 of IPC.

in criminal practice the facts of each case are very important to find case laws on the case in hand. there are lots n pots catena of judgments of apex court as well as various high courts of each state on section's364,302,201/34 IPC.
So friend at first pls clear the facts of ur case and what defence you r taking during trial.

You being a practicing advocate are well known that citations are given only on the specific points though covered under particular section. So it shall be convenient for all of us to interact with you on particular facts of the case supported with case law.

Dear Mr. Kheezer, its really nice that u want to discuss the matter.
but pls elaborate ur case here, so that some effort can be made in right direction, how can be find the relevant law/ judgments without knowing the facts of the case....and if u wish lengthy disuccsions then post ur query in forum.
