The Property is developed by Vysya Griha Nirmana Sangha Bangalore. The SAid property is situated on 100feet ring Road. The Guidance Value for Vysya Bank Gruha Nirman Sangha is Rs 4500 per sq feet and for 100 Ring Road is Rs 8000/- per sq feet. What is the Guidance Value which is to be considered. is there any way i shall get certified copy from the competeant authority about the Guidance Value
