dear sir,
false 498a, 406, 323, 504, 506 & 34 against entire family members, parents, sister and me. i m a sailor by profession and have sailed only for 6 months in last 3 years, due to my wife serious health issues, since 1 month after marraige. my wife was suffering with related ailments before marraige, which was hidden from us, all i have done is having spent lot of money in her treatment, she also have very bad behaviour towards everyone in my house and kept me pressurising me to stay separate from my parents. being the only son and my sailing profession it is impossible for me to do that. she has severe mood swings and is extremely unco-operative in all ways.
i have not filed for any divorce & presently mu case is in the session court and i am looking forward for a permanent exemption, can i get a permanent exemption so that i can go and earn some money for my bread and butter. as per my lawyer he says that ur exemption and been kept for order till next hearing for DEC-2013. i dont know what to do, how will i survive.
please help.

Yes you can file the application under section 205 CRPC on the above grounds..Why your case in session court as the offences has been tried by Magistarte only..I think you must have get the bail from the session court

Being discretionary power of the judge, he/she can't be forced to give his decision for exemption to appear before the date already fixed. You will have to wait till the next date of hearing.
